UK orders

We use Royal Mail within the UK for the vast majority of orders. We have chosen to work with Royal Mail as they are one of the most reliable companies. UK postage rates are as follows:

£3.99 for Tracked 48, regardless of weight. You should receive your order within 2-5 working days after collection, once your order has been prepared.

£5.99 for Tracked 24, regardless of weight. You should receive your order within 1-2 working days after collection, once your order has been prepared.

Collection is usually booked for the next working day, but there are times where we may need longer to make a new batch. If a delay is anticipated, we will inform you of this when you make your order. We endeavor to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, but we are are run by a tiny team so please take this into account.

Free Tracked 48 for orders over £95

Free Tracked 48 for subscription renewals over £50

We reserve the right to use another courier company for any reason, most likely to avoid disruption from strikes.

International orders

We use Royal Mail International Tracked for most international orders, and DHL/Fedex/UPS or other similar reliable couriers for larger orders or by request. You should receive your order within a few days with the express couriers or a week or two with Royal Mail, once your order has been prepared. Royal Mail and international customs clearance are experiencing delays so please be patient or considering using an express courier at checkout.

Shipping rates depend on the country and package weight, so are calculated and clearly displayed during checkout. We typically take a loss on the shipping costs in order to minimise any extra costs to our customers.

Please note that for all international orders (including to EU), VAT and other duties may be due on your parcel. You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes levied by your country. For more information, please see the below section VAT & Duties.

Due to ongoing disruptions around the world, delivery services are experiencing varying levels of delays. Please be patient and trust that your order is on its way. If you have not received a tracking number from us, please feel free to contact info@goldenageremedies.com.

VAT & Duties

Please note that for all international orders (including to EU), VAT and other duties may be due on your parcel.

You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes levied by your country. 

Each country has different rules and charges, so we cannot advise on these. If you refuse to pay these fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund your order once we receive the parcel after deducting any fees charged to us including shipping costs. Some countries will not allow the import of certain products. It is the responsibility of the customer to establish what their country rules and regulations are. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs. If a package is returned by customs we will be charged, and this cost, together with the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund requested.

EU customers please note: Due to recent Brexit changes, you should expect to pay VAT and a handling fee when the parcel arrives in your country. VAT is not included in the prices listed on this website as we are not registered for VAT in the UK due to being a small business.If you would prefer to pay extra for faster shipping for your order, please contact info@goldenageremedies.com to discuss options.

Please do not ask us to declare a lower value for international orders or to mark your order as a gift to reduce potential import duties. While we sympathise and dislike paying such fees as much as anyone, we do not wish to lie or break the law. Thank you for your understanding.

Packaging information

All of our packaging is either recycled from prior usage or is recyclable/biodegradable. Please recycle the box and packaging where appropriate. Thank you.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide and have customers all over the world. Slight exceptions are listed below:

US & Canada – unfortunately at this moment we are not able to send  products to your country due to insurance restrictions. This may change in the future.

EU customers – a few of our elixirs are not available to send to the EU due to EU import restrictions on products containing raw honey. This only applies to a small minority of our products. The product should be automatically removed from your cart if this is the case. If there is any doubt on this or you suspect an error has been made in our system, please do not hesitate to contact info@goldenageremedies.com. Thank you for your understanding.
