Our Herbal Allergy Formula comprises a synergistic blend of 15 herbs which possess both anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-histamine properties and essential organic tissue salts to combat many types of allergic response and discomfort. As with all of our elixirs and tonics, we use proprietary techniques to amplify the wave emissions of these herbs for maximum potency as they steep for several weeks in organic, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar. We then add the finest raw honey to create a classical oxymel.
Besides the typical use of this formula for seasonal or recurrent allergy symptoms, we may also note the remarkable work of Dr Shankara Chetty in South Africa in relation to Covid. Dr Chetty treated more than 7,000 Covid patients, none of whom died or required hospitalisation. His patients did not even require supplementary oxygen. From his extensive clinical observations and penetrating intellectual analysis, Dr Chetty designed his own protocols for treatment of the disease. Of relevance here is his conclusion that the breathing difficulty experienced by some Covid patients is triggered by an inflammation of the lung tissues, which then prevents their normal expansion. And he believed that this inflammation was the result of an allergic reaction to the toxic spike protein component of the virus (typically, eight days after the initial infection). On this basis, he began to add anti-histamine drugs to his protocol and found that lung function and oxygen levels were rapidly corrected. It may therefore be sensible to keep a bottle of this formula available for emergencies should further Covid waves materialise.

Usage: Invert and shake well before use. Take 15ml neat or diluted in water, 1-3 times per day or more frequently as needed. 15ml is equal to one tablespoon or around two dessert spoons. To maximise organic tissue salt reserves and therefore resistance to illness and infection, we recommend the regular consumption of our Winter Tea blend in addition to the use of our tonics and elixirs. We used raw organic oak honey to make the Herbal Allergy Formula. Raw organic oak honey is a very deep and rich tasting tree honey; it has a fruitiness as well as a deep woody flavour. This variety of oak honey comes from trees growing at the Rincon del Sierra UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, where no chemical treatments are allowed. The trees grow at around 1100 metres in an extremely wild and untouched place. The honey is produced by the bees of Antonio Simon, a 4th generation beekeeper who takes pride in producing honey in a traditional way without adding or taking away anything.
Our organic, raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother) comes from a 300 year old orchard in the UK with 48 apple varieties.
