BioSuperfood Bio-Algae Concentrates (BAC) are a complete, balanced and synergistic whole food composed of four different types of micro-algae. Directions for use:

Take 1 to 2 capsule(s), with water or food up to 6 times per day (maximum of 12 capsules per day). Do not take more than 2 capsules at the same time. Take a few hours before or after medications or other natural health products.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. If high blood pressure or pregnant, start with 1 capsule a day. Add 1 capsule every 10 days up to 4 a day.
