Our Herbal Allergy Formula comprises a synergistic blend of 15 herbs which possess both anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-histamine properties and essential organic tissue salts to combat many types of allergic response and discomfort. As with all of our elixirs and tonics, we use proprietary techniques to amplify the wave emissions of these herbs for maximum potency as they steep for several weeks in organic, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar. We then add the finest raw honey to create a classical oxymel.

Usage: Invert and shake well before use. Take 15ml neat or diluted in water, 1-3 times per day or more frequently as needed. 15ml is equal to one tablespoon or around two dessert spoons. To maximise organic tissue salt reserves and therefore resistance to illness and infection, we recommend the regular consumption of our Winter Tea blend in addition to the use of our tonics and elixirs. Store in a cool, dark place.

We used Artisan Certified Organic Greek Pine Raw Honey to make the Herbal Allergy Formula. Artisan Raw Organic Greek Pine Honey is a unique type amongst the tree varieties, and is regarded as one of the best honey varieties available.  It has a strong, sweetly pine aroma with waxy, spiced overtones, similar to cloves or other warm, winter spices.  The flavour starts with a strong sweetness, which comes on very quickly with dark, dry fruit and prominent cooked fig flavour, finishing into a sweetness that lingers at the back of the throat. Raw honey is minimally processed, meaning it’s packed with natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients that are often lost during processing. Most supermarket honeys are processed to create a uniform appearance, often being drained of pollen, heated, and blended. Raw honey changes in flavour, colour, and texture depending on the season and the flowers that bees feed on, making each batch unique.

Our organic, raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother) comes from a 300 year old orchard in the UK with 48 apple varieties.
